Working at The Women's Center is such an amazing opportunity that I am so glad I have been able to do. Being able to see the direct impact we making in the Milwaukee and Waukesha communities gives me the drive to support survivors. As the only agency of its kind in Waukesha County it is critical we keep our doors open for victims of sexual assault, domestic abuse, and human trafficking. In the past year, many victims were stuck in horrible situations and we are now just seeing the uptick in the important need for our services.
