I am going to do a triathlon (1500m sea swim/40k bike ride/10k run) in September and I hope to raise as much as I can for The Grand Appeal which supports the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at St Michael's Hospital. The unit provides vital care and support to so many babies and families including my friend's little boy, James. His parents, Joe and Sophie, are supporting the Appeal to expand the NICU at St Michael's and improve parent accomodation.
