Hi there, welcome to my fundraising page!

For those who don't know, Coppafeel is a fantastic charity focusing on the early detection of breast cancer and encouraging people everywhere to check their breasts!  This year I have been selected to trek 100k accross the Sahara desert to raise money awareness for Coppafeel! and all the good they do. 

From my job as a physiotherapist I have met some incredible people who have breast-cancer, many of whom told me they thought that they thought that they were too young to be worried and didn't know about regular chest checks. One told me she knew but didn't know what to do and was too embarrassed to ask anyone. This experienced followed by a scare myself last year made me so passionate about this charity and the fantastic work that they do.

For someone who is a perpetual gym avoider and whose Welsh ultra celtic skin is slathered in factor 50 if the sun even threatens to shine this is obviously a massive challenge and I've set myself a massive £3000 target to raise for Coppafeel to reflect that...Seriously, this whole thing is ridiculous, I told an old, close friend of mine and she laughed at me for 5 straight minutes.
