So I think I might be totally crazy but I have decided to spend the morning of my 21 Birthday going for a nice dip in the sea. This would be fine if my birthday was in summer, however it is not! Also lets not forget this is not the Mediterranean or the Caribbean sea, its Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire and the water will be a chilling 9oC, ( or could even be a lovely 7oC )  So please wish me luck!

I have also signed up for the Bristol 10km, now I know to some people this may not seem far, however the furthest I have ever run is 5km and that was many years ago. So this is a huge challenge to me!
