In January 2020, our little boy Angus Emrys Finley was stillborn. He is our precious boy and he gives us the strength to carry on living for him and for Sully.

When Angus was born, we were met with the most amazing acts of kindness and love, both from family and close friends (some of whom are doing this run with us), to the amazing midwife who was so caring for Angus and his very fragile parents.

There are a number of charities who have been involved in our lives since Angus passed away. One of these is a charity called 'Remember my Baby Photography' who sent a volunteer photographer to take pictures of us with Angus.

Photographs of our little ones are things we all love to take and share so to know that you will have a finite number of them is so difficult to come to terms with. When your baby dies you just want to spend as much time with them as possible. Cuddling them, kissing them, smelling them because you know you will never be able to do it again. The charity were able to capture these moments for us in a way that we could never do ourselves and by doing that they have given us such wonderful reminders of our boy. 

We're raising money for RMB to help them continue to do the work they do. To do this we are "running" 10km. This is not something that we would have been able to do before Angus was born and we have worked really hard to get ourselves to a position where we can manage it (even if we crawl over the line). Remember my baby are not a well known charity so every penny we can raise will help.  If you have the chance to donate, please know you will be providing families with the greatest kindness at a time where they will feel hopeless. You will be giving them the most precious memories of their little ones that as they try to move forward in life they can look at and remember. you will also be helping us in our quest to make our boy proud of us.
