This year I will be running the Sheffield Half Marathon in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care!

The Half marathon will take place on 8th May and will be 13.1 miles of undulating hills across Sheffield! I am trying to complete the half marathon in under 2 hours. Having never run before, this is becoming a huge challenge but I have been training hard and want to raise as much money as possible for a really worthwile charity.

Marie Curie Cancer Care provides end of life nursing care for people who are terminally ill. Marie Curie nurses are available to everyone who needs them, completely free of charge.

By making a donation you will be helping to provide nursing care, for terminally ill patients, at home, surrounded by the things and people they love. Every hour of nursing costs the charity £20 and for every family the charity help, there are people out there who they can't.
