Hi everyone,

I am taking part in a 23.5 mile hike up Ingleborough, Penyghent and Whernside on 14th August and I have 12 hours to complete it!

It is for a very worthy cause, I am raising the money for Bolton Hospice.

I need your help though.......the more money I can raise the more it will push me up those very steep hills even when the going gets tough.
