Mencap is a wonderful Charity. I've grown up with my incredible Aunty Teresa who has Multiple Learning Disabilities, and has added so much joy, sunshine and beauty to mine and my families life. Mencap has offered so much support for Teresa over the years giving her so many opportunities to live a meaningful, fulfilling and overall wonderful life. She's turning 60 in a few years and as a family we decided it's time to support Mencap and hopefully give something back to them, enabling them to continue providing opportunities and support to families like ours and people like Teresa. On Sunday 24th October we will be doing the Superhero Challenge, a 5k walk in superhero gear to raise some money and awareness for Mencap, alongside other supporters and families like ours.
