Thank you  for taking the time to visit my page!

This May (aah) I am undertaking the crazy task of running the Great West Run to raise money for Amnesty International, a global human rights organisation.  Its a great cause, which is the only reason a fat pig like me would decide to voluntarily run 13 miles.

I would be extremely grateful for any sponsorship you can give to motivate me to crack out those tracksuit bottoms and get running.  It really doesn't matter how much!
