UPDATE:  Emily Edith and Helen completed the Adidas women's 5k Challenge successfully!  What is more we got all tangled up in the London Sky Ride on our cycle home so we had a day of mass charity events it was all very exciting.  This was a very difficult thing for me and I was mightily pooped at the end of it so thank you to everyone who supported me.  It was a breeze for Edith and Helen (as I feared) but it was lovely to have them there.  The NCYPE team was fantastic: lots of people and I hope we raised lots of money.  They have done brilliant work with George (who as you all know has a panoply of complex needs) for 10 years now so this is a small gesture of thanks from me.  Please go to the NCYPE page or to their website if you would like to find out more.
