How to get your copy of Emilia's Cakes and Bakes

1. Submit a minimum donation of £5 per book to receive your copy (free P&P)
2. Email enquiries@caboodle-technology.co.uk (unless you've arranged your copy with a member of our team elsewhere!) with the subject line “Emilia’s Recipe Book Order” confirming the following:

• Your full name and how much you've donated

• How many copies of the book you'd like

• Where you'd like your copies to be posted

We endeavour to send out your copy of Emilia's Cakes and Bakes as soon as we can so you can get baking soon!

And if you'd like to help raise awareness of Emilia's Recipe Book and Cure Leukaemia, you can do so using the hashtag #EmiliaRecipeBook

The Story Behind Emilia's Recipe Book for Cure Leukaemia

During lockdown, like many, Emilia decided to pick up a wooden spoon and get baking in her time off school.

"I’ve always loved making cakes and I decided to start baking on my own for something to do whilst I was off school for lockdown."

Meanwhile, her mum and Managing Director of Caboodle Technology Catherine was taking part in caboodle's 26 day charity challenge for Cure Leukaemia, where she would cycle 26 miles for each of the 26 days.

"When caboodle started the 2.6 Challenge I wanted to help and because mum had pledged to cycle 26 miles a day for 26 days, I thought a treat at the end of each ride would help her through it. So I set myself the challenge of a bake a day for 26 days and collected the recipes I’d tried."

And so, Emilia decided to put all her 26 recipes into a special recipe book to help fundraise for Cure Leukaemia in a year where they need it most.

Emilia hopes that her book will not only help raise important funds for Cure Leukaemia, but also raise vital awareness of the charity and how blood cancer affects so many across the world.

She also hopes to inspire bakers of all ages with her unique recipes and ideas, while also spreading some positivity and giving families an excuse to get together in the kitchen at a time where we all need it most.
