Story

This year three people I know and cared about took their own lives. Three lovely people who should still be here, but for reasons I'm sure I'll never know about they lost all hope. In the face of that loss of hope, I feel a huge need to DO something. And this is all I could think of.

One of those lovely people was a runner. And one of the last few times I saw him, we yelled hello as we passed each other in the middle of Brighton marathon a couple of years ago, so this seems all the more appropriate.

Yes, you all know I was running Manchester Marathon ANYWAY, and that I really like running marathons - but if I can raise some money for this great charity and maybe MAYBE someone who has lost hope will pick up the phone and there will be someone at the end of it because they have the funding to continue.

Please give what you can, I would really appreciate it.
