Story

So on the 18th of May Team EMB are doing Trekstock’s Big 10 Urban Trek. It’s a 10 mile trek through London raising awareness and all to celebrate Trekstock’s 10 year anniversary. They’re a fabulous charity who have supported me, given me friends who just “get it” and  have got me back into exercise post cancer,  I honestly don’t know where I’d be without them. Please donate or even better join #TeamEMB and do the trek with us 💫

Trekstock, provides wide ranging support to young adults facing all types of cancer around the UK.34 young adults in their 20s and 30s are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. Trekstock delivers practical and social support programmes tailored to their needs, to give them a better chance of living well through and beyond cancer. Through exercise support, practical advice and an active online and offline community, our programmes tackle social isolation, improve quality of life and provide young adults with the tools they need to get moving again after cancer puts their lives on hold.
