Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm afraid it's that time of year again when I don my running shoes and tackle the Manchester 10k.

This year I'm running with my friend Zoe and we're raising money for the Alzheimers Society. Zoe's Nan suffered dementia in the last few years of her life and we're going to run in her memory.
