Story

I've heard it said that when your legs get tired, you run with your heart. That's my plan.

Children's Hospice South West has a special place in my heart, and gives support to amazing families in the South West, as they navigate their children's life limiting illnesses. I was lucky enough to visit Charlton Farm as the last bricks were being laid, and final licks of paint went down. It is a place full of joy, love, happiness and laughter!

Most of you know I'm half the person I once was (literally!) and a half marathon seems the perfect celebration of this achievement. Anything you can spare is so appreciated and will help a family as they face what we all hope not to.

Bath Half has been rescheduled twice now, and as I'm facing more deterioration with my chronic back problems, I just can't leave it until October. I'm doing it virtually and running my own route around Melksham.
