Hi everyone!!

We are running the Stratford's big 10k run to raise money for Partner Aid International on Sunday September 13th in Stratford upon Avon and would really appreciate if you could sponsor us (even if you think it's only a little donation you're making, it makes all the difference!!:)

So here is why we think this is more than worth doing... We both worked for the organisation myself as a volunteer and Emily as the Operations manager and both really believe in their vision and value. I personally thought it was definately worth me defeating my bad knee and get myself back into running!

For those of you who don't know about PAI, Partner Aid International is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) which partners with communities in countries such as Sudan, Pakistan and Tanzania empowering them to implement relief and development projects. They recognize that understanding local culture is a key to effective partnerships. PAI works in health and nutrition, education and livelihoods and development orientated relief. Partner Aid International has got several projects running but this race has the aim to support one of the projects in Pakistan with the planned work involving some of the 2+ million people who were uprooted from their homes this year because of the conflict... Our target is to raise a minimum of £300 each and we would really appreciate your support in that!... We need you! :)
