We make a real difference to neurodivergent children and young people

Story

I am doing this cycle ride for my bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. I have chosen to support Mindroom because  my brother has grown up with learning difficulties, and found school harder than the majority of people. I think it is important to raise the awareness in society for people like him, and those who have far greater difficulties, who don't fall into any particular category and therefore aren't always given as much support as they need. The more society understands people with learning difficulties,  the better their lives and experiences will be. Mindroom aims to raise awareness and provide support for both adults and children alike as well as their families.
