I am running the first quarter (25km) of the Jurassic Coast Ultra in May.

I will be raising money for Epilepsy Action. A charity as a family we have supported for many years. Epilepsy Action provides a helpline, advice team and E-learning so that people can educate themselves and raise awareness about the condition. Understanding life's challenges with epilepsy is vital, and supporting people's needs regarding managing seizures can greatly impact their life. The main goal is for no person to face epilepsy on their own.

So,  where will your money go?

Your money will go towards their helpline services, advice team, and providing awareness of epilepsy in schools (first aid, living with it, interviews etc). To aid further research, you will need to donate to https://epilepsyresearch.org.uk.

This is a big mental challenge for me, so all your donations will help keep me accountable and these little legs running!!
