I was watching the news last week and I heard that there had been a ginormous earthquake in Nepal. I saw pictures of the terrible devastation the earthquake had caused. Thousands of families lost their homes and children lost their schools. Knowing how fortunate I am I thought it was important to do something to help the people of Nepal. I am going to do a 5 mile hike with my friend Alejandro on Friday the 15th of May to raise money to help all those families in Nepal who have no food or shelter!
