On the 24 March, along with two of my closest friends, I will be doing my first ever skydive.  Why did I decide that it would be a good idea to jump out of a plane at 10,000 ft ?...To fund raise for The Princess Alice Hospice. 

 

As you may know my step mum, Maxine, sadly lost her battle with cancer at the end of 2012.  The Princess Alice Hospice provided such incredible support and comfort to Maxine and my family, and I want to say thank you.  The hospice needs £7 million a year to provide care and most of this comes from donations.  To give you an idea of how your donations will help people like Maxine and my family £5 could pay for an in-patient’s meal, £98 could pay for a Princess Alice Nurse to visit a patient at home and £498 could pay for one day of care in the hospice.
