Story
As many of you may or may not know on 30th June 2013 my dad, Daniel Thomas, passed away from stage 4 lung cancer. Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in the UK and unfortunately for most, it is often only discovered in the late stages as was the case for my dad. Cancer is not something you can predict and it doesn't matter who we are or where we come from; cancer does not care.
Over the last few months I have been able to have a first hand experience of exactly the kind of work Macmillan does and believe me it made all the difference. I know that my dad really appreciated the work they did for him and I know that he would want me to show my appreciation.
Anyone that knows me knows I hate walking, running, jogging...any form of exercise full stop! So what better way to push myself then to do something for a good cause.
So, if you can guys please give generously and help me smash my target!
Thank you, much love,
