Ellis: Hello everyone, first of all I just want to say thank you for visiting our JustGiving page in support of us and the Emily Ash Trust.

Many of you know the reason why the last couple of years we have been throwing ourselves out of aeroplanes and swimming, cycling and running our hearts out. For those who don't, the Emily Ash Trust is a great charity that primarily aims to improve the lives of children and young people suffering with cancer. However they can't do this without your help!

The reason why Alex and I are so involved with this charity is because sadly 7 years ago we lost Mollie (Alex's cousin) to Leukemia. She had been battling with it for 6 years and sadly lost the fight. Since we lost her we have been involved in various charity events in support of the Emily Ash Trust. In the last 2 years I have thrown myself out of an aeroplane at 10,000ft twice and am now raising money for my second Triathlon. Either I am completely bonkers or its worth every second I put my mind and body through (personally I think its a bit of both but mainly the second one).

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure (I have done it myself). Also once you donate the money goes directly to The Emily Ash Trust.
