Story

Hi guys it’s Ellis,

Just wanted to say a big thank you for taking the time to visit our just giving page.

On the 26 May Alex and I will be jumping out of a aeroplane at 10,000 feet for the Emily Ash Trust. I figured I fly in them every day so why not try jumping out of one. Our target is £800 and we can’t do it without your help.

People who know me and Alex well will know about the Emily Ash Trust, however for those who don’t, the E.A.T is a charity to help local children and their families face cancer. Visit their website http:/www.emilyashtrust.co.uk or facebook page for more information. The reason why I know of and am getting involved with the trust is because 6 years ago we sadly lost Mollie (my best friend’s sister and Alex’s cousin) to leukaemia, she was just 11 years old. Visit http://www.emilyashtrust.co.uk/mollie.htm to find out more about Mollie’s story. Every penny counts and sponsoring through just giving is really safe and easy.

Please dig deep and help us reach our target. Big thank you from the both of us.

Lots of love

Ellis xxx

Dear all,

First of all I would like to say a massive thank you to all of you who has taken the time out of their busy day to visit our JustGiving page! Once again I am raising money for the Emily Ash Trust, a charity I am very proud to continue to support. However instead of my usual triathlon stint this time someone somewhere had the idea that jumping out of a metal tube with wings that rockets through the heavens was a good idea. The metal tube with wings is a plane, and I am launching myself put of it from the heavens and back to Earth. Apparently this is safe, but I'm not so convinced and I am, to be perfectly honest, quite terrified.

As many of you will already know, the Emily Ash Trust is a charity very close to mine and my family's hearts because of the help and support they gave our family after the tragic loss of my cousin Mollie. We have been involved with the E.A.T. for a number of years now, but I won't tell you all about the E.A.T. here, as I have included the websites below for you to look at if you wish (and I strongly encourage you to do even if you don't donate). Many of you have heard me talk about the E.A.T. but to prove how much I believe in it I'm throwing myself out of a plane, and most of you will know that I'm not exactly a great fan of heights...

I know money is tight for a lot of us but all I ask for is a contribution, as big as you can manage, to support me, but most importantly, the E.A.T. Please don't just read this and put off donating until later, please take a look at the website and dig deep for what I believe is a very deserving and worthy cause. Your support in this means everything to me and my family.

A massive thank you to you all for even taking the time to even consider donating, a giant thank you for those of you who do donate.

All my love always and in all ways,

Alex xxx
