Story

Elliotts have 12 riders in the Alpine Challenge this year, taking place from 25th to 27th Sept.   We cycle over 500 miles in relay from Laon, in northeastern France right down to Annecy, south of Geneva in the French Alps.  This is no easy feat; we cycle through champagne country to Auxerre on the first day then head east past the source of the Seine and climb up towards Besancon for the second night.    On the third day we head into the Jura mountains, skirting round the Swiss border, past ski lifts, over mountain passes, through beautiful alpine scenery and finally down into Annecy.

We are fundraising for Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support, so please put power into our pedals and donate generously.   Every £££ you give goes straight to the charities, all teams pay their own expenses entirely, so nothing is taken out of your donation.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you so much for your support.
