Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, please read the following paragraph from Shooting Star CHASE children's hospice:

Shooting Star CHASE is the children's hospice service, supporting local families with a child or teenager not expected to reach their 19th birthday.  They currently help over 500 families living in western London, Surrey and West Sussex. 

Families receive our support free of charge, 365 days a year, in their own homes and communities and at our children’s hospices. With no guaranteed Government funding we must raise £23,000 a day to continue our vital service.

With this in mind I have chosen to try and do what little I can to help, running the 2012 Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon in an attempt to raise some money for such a wonderful charity that helps so many people.

I appreciate that things are tight for lots of people but every little bit helps so please give what you can. So please dig deep and donate now.
