Hi,

Ellie - Mae has completed a fantastic VE Day project at school, she has received a head teachers commendation for her work. Ellie struggles due to her special needs disabilities, therefore this was a great achievement for her to undertake. 

Part of the project was to research a veterans charity and raise money for that cause. Inspired by Colonel Tom Moore.

Ellie decided to research The Blind Veterans charity, in memory of her great great uncle who was supported by this charity. 

Ellie has bounced her ball 1000 times in the garden, and raised £25 during lockdown. On completion of her work the charity have been in contact and are featuring Ellie in their magazine and the national press. We are extremely proud parents.
