I keep agreeing to do things without properly thinking it through. When it's usually too late to bail... So whilst my once broken back and non-existent hamstrings are telling me that this can only end in tears, I am apparently now running the Great North Run for Breast Cancer Care! 

However, this is a charity that hits very close to home indeed.  As some of you may know, my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of years ago, and thankfully she's recently just been given the all clear.

Unfortunately this stupid disease is going to affect us all one way or another, and charities like this are so important in helping people and their families get the best treatment, information and support. Please help me reach my target goal in whatever way you can!
