Here at Dune London, were proud to support our charity partner Mental Health UK, enabling them to support people with their mental health in our communities across the UK. I am fundraising because mental health is so important to look after and should not be stigmatized.

Approximately 7.5 million people in the UK live with a diagnosed mental illness, and an estimated one in four of us experiencing a mental health problem every year.

There is no shame in asking for help and we hope to help everyone have access to these services.

We are climbing Mount Snowdown on Saturday 9th September, this will be a massive challenge for us all, as we have never done anything like this before!
