On the 30th July 2021 my beautiful Nana sadly passed away from pneumonia at age 62. Two years prior in February 2019 she was in hospital with pneumonia for 4 weeks and never fully recovered, however she still carried on working and carrying on with life, being the strong woman that she was. 

She was such an amazing woman and it broke my heart to lose her. 

On the 28th July 2022, a year after she went into hospital, I will be running 5K to raise money for the British Lung Foundation, alongside my mum, auntie and cousins in memory of my wonderful Nana (Norah Burgess). Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will help with progression of vital Lung research.
