UPDATE :)
Just to let you all know I successfully completed the Half Marathon in 2hrs 21mins and 44 seconds! It was extremely difficult but I am so glad that I completed it! A huge thank you to everyone that has already sponsored me, whether online or by my paper sponsorship form. I am now in the process of collecting all the money up and sending it off to the Brain Research Trust.
If you have not already sponsored me and would like to, it is not too late! Please give genorously!
Thank you for all the support, I know it will mean a lot and be extremely beneficial for the BRT

As many of you already know I have decided to run the Birmingham Half Marathon this October! I think I may have actually lost my mind but I decided I should do this now while I still can! Training is already well under way and those of you who live in/around Sutton will probably already have seen me running around!
After much research and deliberation I have decided to raise money for 'The Brain Research Trust.' The Brain Research Trust is the leading UK charity for research into neurological disease; it deals with over over 250 neurological conditions. At present the Institute's current research programme includes: Alzheimer's Disease, Brain Tumours, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Epilepsy, Motor Neurone Disease, Migraine, Brain Trauma and Spinal Cord Regeneration.

I have decided to supoport this charity as I was struck by just how many major diseases it is trying to help. I know on a personal level the work of this charity may end up helping some of my own family members. I hope you agree that this is a very worthwhile cause.
I would be most grateful for any kind of sponsorship, no matter how small. At the end of the day, anything is better than nothing!
All that is left to say now is a HUGE thank you to everyone! :) <3
