As Trace is a keen supporter of St Mungo's, I have volunteered to take on their Orbit Abseil 2023 Challenge on the 9th June. 

Along with another member of my team, I will be abseiling 80m down the side of the Orbit building on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. After finding out it would be 10 mins away from home, I didn't really have an excuse! 

I walk past the Orbit every morning, and have only realised since signing up to this challenge quite how high it is, so please donate anything you can to give me some motivation. St Mungo's is an incredible organisation, doing everything they can to improve the lives of all those currently sleeping rough and aim to end homelessness. 

And lastly, if you're in the area and available on Friday 9th, feel free to come along and support, I'm sure I'll need it! I'll be descending at 11:30 am.
