Being in hospital at Christmas is never easy, but this year is going to be particularly difficult for our patients across University Hospitals Birmingham as they will be unable to have their loved ones visit them. For our staff, the past year has been the hardest that they have faced in the NHS and COVID, combined with the winter pressures that our hospitals experience, will make this Christmas a difficult one for our 22,000 NHS Superheroes. This is why, more than ever, we need your support at Christmas to bring a little festive joy to our hospitals.
