Getting a place in the London Marathon has been something I've thought about for a very long time so finally securing a place is very exciting / nerve wracking but I'm ready for the challenge. It also gives me the opportunity to raise funds for the amazing charity, PSPA.

PSPA is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). They provide information and support for people affected by PSP & CBD whilst funding research into the causes, treatment, and eventually a cure. 

People with PSP develop a range of difficulties with balance, movement, vision, speech and swallowing. The condition tends to develop gradually, which means it can be mistaken for another, more common condition at first. 

PSPA is not a big charity, but it is a charity filled with optimism and volunteers who's goal in life is to help those in need. Your donations will truly help an individual with PSP or CBD. 

The London Marathon is going to be a huge achievement so any donations/support I would be very grateful for.
