Why just watch a race when you can join in...??? The Megavalanche takes place every year in Alpe D'Huez, France. Hundreds of riders descend from about 3000m on the glacier, down a planned course to about 700m in the town below. I'll be doing the ride on the weekend of 9th or 10th July this summer.

Pro-riders complete it in about an hour, so it's going to be a tough slog, and I have no idea how long it'll take me, but guaranteed it will be a brilliant experience and I'll be collecting money for a great cause along the way!
