Outrun an ambulance is a national initiative where volunteers complete the distance an ambulance completes in a shift over a few days, weeks or months. This year, I'm aiming to complete the 31 miles a London ambulance travels in a 12 hour shift, by running the full distance in 12 hours on the 29th May 2022.
