Apparently I've chosen to overlook my consistent 'tries hard, succeeds little' record re: physical exercise and decided to get stuck in to some regular training over a sustained period of time a.k.a my kryptonite. I'll be fishing for inspiring memes and donations for the next few months, but at the end of it I will put my PE demons to bed once and for all and also raise a bunch of cash for a really good cause. Help me however you can, pep talks, snacks, all caps GO FOR A RUN texts when my motivation dips and, of course, generous donations if you can.
