Leeds Action is a Leeds University society run entirely by student volunteers. They organise a range of projects in local communities from weekly visits to Elderly Care homes and putting on after school clubs, to taking groups of young carers on day trips and groups of disabled children on weekends away. I have been involved with the society throughout my time at university and have seen first hand the enjoyment that these projects bring to those involved. I really want to support Leeds Action because I want them to be able to continue the great work they do, and I know that with such a small organisation every penny really does make a difference. Please help me to raise as much money as possible for them to put towards providing great trips and events for people in the local community, and making that small but important difference to their lives.
