On Sunday 6th April 2025, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, raising money for Tough Enough to Care.

Tough Enough to Care (TETC) are a mental health charity who aim their focus towards male dominated spaces. They wish to promote positive conversations around mental health and to remove the toxic stigma surrounding mental health within these spaces.

TETC provide a one stop shop for mental health support, providing somewhere for those seeking help, support or someone to talk to. They also offer guidance for those who have been affected because of mental health issues.

I would love to raise a minimum of £200 for this incredible charity.
