Every four hours, someone in the UK is paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. Disability is expensive; lightweight wheelchairs can cost over £4,000. Aspire visits newly injured patients in hospital to offer support and advice, and point people to services such as Aspire Housing, and do much more to help those whose lives have been changed by Spinal Cord Injuries.

I will be swimming from Stokes Bay, to Ryde Sands (approx 5km) on the 31st of July (weather dependant) to raise money for this great charity.
