My name is Ella and I am 15 years old. The reason I am doing this is because over the last two years I have been treated by GOSH for a serious hip condition. I had my first operation in December 2010. I was in surgery for 10 hours undergoing a complicated operation. I was in GOSH for 14 days and came home in a wheelchair and now after a year of intensive physio and hard work I am now almost fully recovered. I realise that I have been very lucky and there are children in a much worse position than me. The help and the care I received was absolutely fantastic and I want to repay them in some way. This is a very personal thing that I am doing. I hope you will be able to support me and my fundraising
