Story
2020 was a crazy year, and so of course myself and Ella made a crazy decision.
We've swapped the endless amounts of caramel nibbles, for a pair of running trainers.
We have both challenged ourselves to run a half-marathon on Sunday 1st August 2021 to raise money for the Brain Tumour Charity.
The Brain Tumour Charity, is a charity very close to our hearts. In October 2019, I lost my mum, aged 54, to a Giloblastoma and in January 2020 Ella had brain surgery to remove a Meningioma tumour.
Survival rates are just 11% and treatments haven't changed in 40 years. More needs to be done to help find a cure.
We of course know that for so many, times are difficult right now and so any donations that you can spare will be greatly appreciated and will hopefully help us move that little bit closer to finding a cure.
