Amongst her many loves, primarily her family, Mum loved St Petersburg, Russia, a love borne out by the compassion and support she showed for the young people of that City. 

Many of you reading this knew her directly of course and will be familiar with the volunteering and charity work that she carried out her whole adult life, and for St Petersburg in particular over the last 25+ years through the ‘St Petersburg Forum’.
