On Friday 28th  November 2022, I lost my mum to metastatic breast cancer, under 2 years after her initial diagnosis. 

We found Prevent Breast Cancer when we start to look into how we can help prevent other families experience the devastating impact of this awful disease. 

My mum's middle name was Elizabeth, so with my friends and family we are going to embark on a 76 mile walk over 2 weekends, along the route of the Elizabeth tube line. We will start in Ealing Broadway and walk to Abbey Wood, then restart in Whitechapel and head out to Shenfield Essex, to cover 40 miles. Over the second weekend we will start in Reading and walk the remaining 36 miles to Ealing Broadway!

Everyone has been so generous already and we really hope that we can continue to support Prevent Breast Cancer in their ground-breaking research.
