As you will know Ben and I are the proud parents of beautiful twin boys. Fortunately they were born healthy at 36 weeks without the need for any help. They are now 2 years old and always running in different directions, so the great north should be a doddle (ha ha ha).

However not every multiple pregnancy and birth are so smooth and this is where TAMBA my chosen charity comes into play. This is a charity set up to help highlight the issues that us multiple parents face from the moment of conception and beyond. These guys campaign for fair treatment for us at every stage and also highlight the problems that we face medically, emotionally and financially. They have done amazing work to highlight the dangers to unborn multiples and also provide a support phoneline for us parents to phone when we need someone to listen.

So really all i want to say is please give as much as you can, if you can and help motivate me to try and run these 13 odd miles in under 2 hours 10. thanks liz
