Wales Air Ambulance Charity as many of you know is very close to my heart and since Matt sadly left this world, his family and friends have in the past four years raised thousands of pounds for them as a thank you in his memory.. 

I have not done a fundraising event for some time now, this challenge is way out of my comfort zone and although I might not complete it, I intend to give it a bloody good go.. 

Air Ambulance was also a chosen charity for my running club Ogmore Phoenix last year, however due to Covid restrictions new charities have not been chosen, so as a thank you to my club for being my saving grace when the world around me was dark and scary I dedicated this run and this enormous challenge to you... You have been my sunflower in the dark times, and I am forever grateful to you all. 

My Run starts in Rhossili at the Gower and ends 101 miles later in Cardiff Bay.. I hope to see many friends and family along the route to inspire me to continue my journey and complete my challenge..
