I will be walking 62 Miles in August for Refuge!On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Raising just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. £52 could fund her and her children's stay. £185 could fund the running of the Helpline for an hour. £500 could run one of our refuges for one day. Every £1 counts! Thank you.

This August, a year on, I, alongside many others; including her three young children, will be remembering a beautiful woman who could not cope any more with Domestic Abuse. 

Gone, but very definitely NOT forgotten.
