I did it!!! 12x in 2012! What a finish?! Via Crib Goch in the rain, snow, ice and very high winds. It was emotional!!!! And I couldn't have done it without the help of the RAF Valley Mountain Rescue Team. Thank you!!!!!!

Wow! Thank you all for your support! The gear is all sorted for Wed. Now if someone can just do something about the weather! Still, at least if I'm wearing my waterproofs I won't have to carry them! x

I posted my update and appeal for sponsorship for Macmillan Cancer Support 7 days ago. I have been astounded by the donations I have received -£602 so far!!!! Thank you so much for all your best wishes, encouragement and donations. Macmillan will be most grateful and your contributions most welcome. X
Some of you may be aware that at the beginning of 2012 I set myself a personal challenge of climbing Snowdon once a month for the duration of 2012.
This year has been a demanding one with both family and friends facing the challenge of cancer. These people have been an inspriration and when my jaunts up the hill get unpleasant and uncomfortable, I have to remind myself that there are people out there climbing much bigger and more demanding metaphorical mountains!
My Snowdon challenge was always intentended to be a personal one, but if you feel that it is worthy of making a small donation to this great cause, then your hard earned dosh will be much gratefully received and will be put to good use by this amazing charity.
Thank you x
