For those of you who know me well you'll know that marathon running ain't really my thing: I moan, I go purple and I plod like an elephant! So surely it's worth putting your hand in your pocket to help me raise a stash of money for this really worth-while charity.

Phab kids is the charity who have been kind enough to offer me a golden bond place in the Virgin London Marathon this year.  They aim to integrate people with and without disabilities on equal terms.  The charity provides clubs, activities and advice for members and providing support to carers. Their members can meet on equal terms and appreciate each other as individuals, irrespective of any differences or disabilities.
