Hey!

I'm going to be running the Brighton Marathon for TB Alert in 2011 and I need your pennies to help raise money for them! TB Alert is a fantastic charity helping to raise awareness throughout the UK and developing countries. There are almost 9 million active cases of TB throughout the world and 2 million avoidable deaths each year. Often misdiagnosed as a cough or chest infection, the number of TB cases is on the rise within the UK, with the rates in some parts of East London as high as those in developing countries. Through awareness this can be prevented. TB Alert helps support patients and even goes as far as to provide a hardship fund. 

 

So please PLEASE dig deep and help me raise lots and lots of cash for them to continue doing the fantastic work that they do!!
