Hi Everyone!

I'm running the York 10K this year in memory of my Dad who a lot of you know, sadly passed away in September 2012 after having had Multiple Sclerosis for many years. This horrible illness needs a cure and charities like the MS Society do fantastic research which is why I'm trying to raise some money. Every donation, no matter how small really helps so I would love it if you would sponsor me!
